Artist Lu Mu-Jen called on the memory of the past to experience the dislocation feeling, and absorbed the insight gained by the body from moving in-between spaces, to observe the relationship between the human race and the land in the history, and recognize the isolation between the body and the environment. These perceptual messages became the inspiration for the creation factors, and begin in a way of narrative experiment.

VT Artsalon will be hosting Lu Mu-Jen’s solo exhibition〝Une promenade dans “San-Sui”— Transfrontière〞from July 11 to August 22. The artworks present in this exhibition are mainly acrylic paintings and installations, the theme content is mostly fragments of the artist’s observation for daily life, by experiencing through the body and absorb them spiritually. The artist continues to break through the inertial body in the painting process, and through the body to accept the overlapping of the state of consciousness movement and rational thinking, he tries to approach and summon the manifestation of a natural state.

Furthermore, Lu Mu-Jen pays attention to the perception and consciousness of the body in space, in the fragments of time and possible situations, reconstructing the changes of other objects during the movement, the memory of the content may be real or it may be in between distortions and imaginary, looking forward and welcome the audiences to enter the foggy and vacant memories presented in this series of works.
